B. Registration Information

a. Registration Time

One day before the event: June 28, 14:00 – 20:00

During the event: June 29-30, 08:00 – 09:00

To avoid crowds on the first day of the event, we suggest guests to register ahead of the event so as to not wait in long queues! The organizer has specially prepared the “GDMS Surprise Giftbag” for the first 300 attendees to claim at the registration counter on first come first serve basis!

b. Required Information

c. Registration Method:

1)Temperature Check and Health Code (can be searched via WeChat, Alipay)

All attendees must wear facemasks and comply with temperature and health code checking, to ensure they have normal body temperatures, with the green health code in order to gain access to the event.

Those with body temperatures above 37.3℃will be arranged to be further checked in the quarantine area to ascertain whether they are fit to attend.

2) Checking of 14 Day Travel QR Code (obtained from WeChat/Alipay)

Attendees’ 14 day travel QR needs to be checked and will only be accepted if it is shown as green;

those coming from or have passed through middle to high risk regions in the last 14 days will not be permitted to attend;

please scan the mini-program below to check your 14 day travel information and the relevant report.

Please prepare in advance your business card, attendee QR code/digital attendance code to obtain your attendee badge and wristband.

How to check your attendee QR code/digital attendance code?

Please check the text message sent by the organizer informing that you have successfully registered, click on the link in the text message and save the QR code.

Show your QR code/digital attendance code at the Registration Counter on the first floor to claim your attendance pass and relevant wristband.

C.Event Attendance Procedure

After completing your registration, you may proceed to the third floor with your event pass and wristband, and be seated in the event venue (apart from guest speakers, attendees may be seated freely).

Please take note of the following:

a.Each entrance to the venue is equipped with gates and card scanning devices, please bring your event pass and wristband at all times and enter the relevant venue in an orderly fashion.

b.During the event, attendees must enter and exit venues via their ID cards, event pass and wristband at all times, please ensure your bring all required documents as the rules will be strictly enforced.

c.Please keep your event pass safe as the organizer will not replace passes if lost.

d.Languages used during the event include both Chinese and English, and simultaneous interpretation devices can be obtained onsite with your ID cards, and you may return the device for your ID card after use.

e.Refreshments will be provided during tea breaks.

f.No ads are allowed.

g.No smoking onsite will be permitted.

h.No food or drinks from outside the premises will be allowed.

D. Epidemic Prevention

According to relevant government protocols for epidemic prevention, all attendees must comply with the following rules:

a.Event registration and registering onsite requires verification with ID card

b.Verification of ID cards and facial recognition is required, please bring your ID card during the course of the event

c.Those coming from or have passed through middle to high risk regions in the last 14 days will not be permitted to attend

d.Checking of the 14 Day Travel Card (must be green): please obtain your green health code in advance from WeChat’s mini-program. Epidemic prevention procedures such as entry by green health code, temperature checks and ID verification will be enforced.

e.Before entering the venue, attendees are required to wear facemasks, show their green health code and undergo temperature checks, those with body temperatures over 37.2℃will not be permitted to attend. Those that violate any relevant national or municipal epidemic prevention laws shall bear legal responsibility.

Tips:

*Thorough disinfection procedures will be implemented before the event starts and also during the lunch break to ensure hygiene and safety;

*Each entrance of the venue are equipped with temperature checking devices, and hand disinfectants and facemasks will be provided by the organizer, please ensure to maintain a safe distance with others and comply with prevention procedures.

* Medical staff will be onsite and please contact onsite event staff if you feel unwell.

Those that are driving to the event venue please enter from Guangfu Xi Rd to the parking lot on level B1 of the venue, and walk out from the exit on Zhongjiang Rd and enter the premises from Guangfu Xi Rd.
